LEADING THE WAY IN COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
Over the years we have provided contract services for the Social Housing Consortium and Local Authority instruction in addition to our Partnership work within the Procure Plus framework. Procure Plus is a non-profit making regeneration company encouraging social housing providers to work collaboratively.

We have extensive experience in this field, contributing and adding value at every stage, from the initial community consultation stages through the development of strategies and bids to delivering the final project on the ground. The refurbishment of social housing properties involves complete internal works, including kitchens and bathrooms, and external improvements to upgrade the quality and standard of the region's housing stock. We have undertaken many social housing projects for Stockport Homes, Rochdale MBC and Oldham MBC.
