Site Manager Paul McBurney and his team are working on this currently active site which involves grinding out and pointing of external house walls, repairs to roofs and rainwater goods, some door and window replacements, some re-building of gable end walls, external rendering and re-building of garden walls.

The relevant properties were badly in need of remedial works and a large part of the estate is benefitting from this facelift scheme. The properties which have already been completed are re-generating the area and the tenants are extremely pleased with the end product.
